We understand that adjustments to appointments are sometimes necessary. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly request a 48 hour notice. This gives us the opportunity to allow another guest from the waitlist to enjoy the treatments.

Any appointment cancelled/rescheduled under 48 hours (or is a no-show) may result in a charge of 50% of the cost of the missed treatment.

Please note that a credit card is required to secure all bookings made through our online booking system.
